ITINERARY
Your safari begins early in the morning with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short briefing, you will drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying scenic views of the highlands and the Great Rift Valley along the way.
After a few hours, you will arrive at the crater rim, where you will stop briefly at a viewpoint to enjoy stunning panoramic views before descending approximately 600 meters into the crater. Once on the crater floor, you will begin your game drive, exploring this wildlife-rich environment for several hours. Your experienced guide will help you locate animals and share interesting information about the ecosystem and wildlife behavior.
Around midday, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site near a hippo pool, surrounded by the natural beauty of the crater. After lunch, you will continue with a short game drive as you ascend the crater walls.
Later in the afternoon, you will begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening. This full-day safari offers a perfect balance of adventure, comfort, and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
